They were both finalists for the Arts and Literature category. Lucas won the award, but Elyssa won too: by discovering that they made a great musical team. Elyssa said: "It is a pleasure to work with such a talented musician that is under 20 years of age!" He was 19 at the time :) They return to the awards night as a seasoned duo with many performances under their belts, original compositions and a "sky's the limit" look on what's to come.

Jack de Keyzer, born in England but a
resident of Toronto for decades, is recognized as one of the best blues guitarists in the
country - the King of the Blues! Singer, songwriter, producer, band leader and as wicked a
guitarist as you are ever gonna hear - anywhere. No wonder - he mentored under such blues
greats as King Biscuit Boy and Rompin' Ronnie Hawkins.
